We liked staff and location. The room was quiet with fantastic views.

The bathroom was dirty.

The staff and rooms were very good.

All the employees were helpful and superfriendly. The location was stunning, within walking distance of House of Blues Stage.

Everything seemed awesome, lovely staff, gorgeous rooms.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was excellent near restaurants and downtown and lovely coffee shops and restaurants around. This room was brand-new with a magnificent view of the corner room. The facilities were good and the beds were very comfy.

I loved the stay here. Clean hotel, and the staff were polite, location was unbeatable close to everything.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Chicago. The staff members were all cordial and informative. Food in the rooftop bar was excellent.

The location was gorgeous, accommodating rooms and a light hotel. Breakfast was unlimited - plenty of food. Free wireless internet, air conditioning and cable TV in the room and the comfortable bed.

I had very positive days staying at this city hotel. I loved the PRIME location and the staff was informative. An exceptional service and so lovely breakfast. The venue was an excellent home base for enjoying an upscale area. The restaurant was top notch and so clean.

It is hard to find a reasonably priced hotel that has a business location and absolutely stunning rooms. There's portillo's hot dogs serving quick orders close to the venue. Attractive staff with excellent service.

Such a very delightful experience. The place was absolutely fabulous, we appreciated it. Staff were charming and kept the place fairly clean.

The room was large and 10/10, plus I had a panoramic view. The bathroom was modern and overall it was so clean. The roof top bar was trendy and the drinks were soft.

The staff was knowledgeable and the accommodation was great. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Quartino, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

The breakfast was nice, enjoyed private parking. Patio available in the room. It's feet from Grand subway station, explored so many sites.

It was right by oak street beach. Location met all requests. A comfortable place for exploring Chicago. No complaints considering okay prices.

We enjoyed to be here for a vacation and will be returning here soon. Quartino served dishes within 400 feet off the hotel😀😀
